Refund Policy (MALAYSIA)

We are committed to providing top notch quality products to our customers. It is in our best interest to ensure that product purchased are sent out are in good conditions. However, we are happy to issue a product exchange for a defect product that is returned within 14 days of delivery date.

All defect products may be exchanged with an original receipt/invoice or mail order packing invoice.

Products sold are non-refundable.

All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Defect products are to be returned via sender’s preferred delivery mode. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services to prevent damages.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.

In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please report to customer service on the day of delivery and we will be happy to assist.

MAE reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.

Refund
All payments made by the Customer for purchases through this platform are eligible for a refund, provided that the order is cancelled by the Customer in writing prior to the shipment of the product, Cancellation must be made with valid reasons and supporting evidence.

Upon receiving such request, MAE will process the refund within 14 to 30 working days to the bank account information provided during registration. Please note that while the product price and taxes will be refunded, any other logistics charges incurred will not be refunded (if applicable).
